Video Reveals How to Survive the Death of the Internet

I’ve just watched an eye-opening and somewhat controversial video by Ryan Deiss.  You see, in this video he claims that the Internet is dying.  Some folk have described his summations as “GENIUS” and others as “SENSATIONALISM” and I’m sure there’s a broad spectrum of other views.

How to Survive the Death of the Internet

And naturally, he has an offer at the end of this video.  However, I wouldn’t let this deter you from watching this presentation because he does make some very salient points which he backs up with irrefutable evidence.  And so while talking about the “death of the Internet” may indeed be a touch dramatic you have to not only be aware of but also understand how the Internet is changing if you want to succeed online.

You also need to be conscious of the speed at which these changes are occurring.  This is why you can’t afford to turn a blind eye to what is happening or else you’ll be left floundering.  The many changes can be both frustrating and exciting because while some changes close doors, others open them.  The Internet is becoming much more competitive and, in many ways, it’s becoming much harder to earn money online.  Yet, at the same time the number of ways in which you can earn money online is increasing exponentially and some would argue that it’s never been easier to earn money online.

Whatever, your view there are some facts that you need to be aware of and the implications of those facts.

How to Survive the Death of the Internet

The challenge is that often, when you’re in the thick of things, it’s difficult to see the forest for the trees and so it’s very helpful to get the perspective of a seasoned and highly successful Internet Marketer who has a keen insight into the BIG picture of Internet marketing.

1) Facebook is replacing Google…
2) Apps are replacing traditional web browsers…
3) Mobile is making up 10%+ of all traffic (and rising steadily), and…
4) The WalMarts of the Internet, such as Amazon, are putting small websites
out of business.

Each of these is a potential threat and each of these represents a myriad of opportunities.

However, let’s forget the Internet for a moment and just look at the world at large for a moment and the massive changes that are sweeping across every nation.  It is broadly accepted that if you as a business entity or an individual continue to operate in the same manner as you’ve done in year’s gone by that you’re doomed to fail.  As Eric Hoffer said:

“In a time of drastic change it is the learners who inherit the future. The learned usually find themselves equipped to live in a world that no longer exists.” ~ Eric Hoffer

So business owners and individuals have to make changes to the manner in which they operate so that they can not only adapt to these changing times but they can also thrive during these changing times.

Similarly, the leading Internet Marketers having been echoing the same sentiment that you can’t run an Internet-based business as though this were the 90s.  And trying to start up an Internet business based on old information will not enhance your bottom line.
